摘 要:目的了解广州市中小学生登革热相关知、信、行及影响因素,为日后采取针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取广州市中小学生,使用经过信度、效度测试的自填式问卷开展调查,对结果进行统计描述、单因素分析、多因素Logistic回归分析。结果共调查中小学生,相关知识评分(总分37分)中位数为22,配合家人全面摸查蚊孳生地的把握度评分(最高为5)中位数为3,最近1周有查看蚊孳生地行为持有率为55.8%。最近1周有查看蚊孳生地行为的正向影响因素包括:配合家人全面摸查蚊孳生地的把握度(OR=1.632,95%CI:1.423~1.871)、住的房间有安装纱窗或纱门(OR=1.345,95%CI:1.078~1.678)、近1年蚊子较多时有挂蚊帐(OR=1.537,95%CI:1.190~1.983)、接触登革热信息的形式为看录像(OR=1.422,95%CI:1.019~1.856)、听家长教导(OR=1.371,95%CI:1.084~1.733)和书籍(OR=1.323,95%CI:1.045~1.674)。结论 2014年登革热暴发流行期结束后,广州市中小学生登革热知识、行为水平仍有很大的提升空间;建议从行为着眼利用好视频资源和书籍,抓"家校联手"的干预。Objective To investigate the KAP related Dengue fever and its influencing factors among primary and secondary school students in Guangzhou City, and provide suggestions on controlling measures. Methods With multistage cluster random sampling method, elementary and secondary school students in Guangzhou were surveyed by self-administered questionnaires that had good reliability and validity, and the results were analyzed with descriptive statistics method, single factor and multiple factor logistic correlation. Results 1608 valid questionnaires had been collected. The median of knowledge score was 22 (total score 37). The median of power towards cooperating with parents to search mosquito breeding sites comprehensively was 3 ( maximum 5 ). The behavior formation rate about searching mosquito breeding sites in the past week was 55.8%. The positive influence factors for the behavior about searching mosquito breeding sites in the past week included power towards cooperating with parents to search mosquito breeding sites comprehensively ( OR = 1. 632, 95% CI: 1. 423 - 1. 871 ) , installing nets in the room ( OR = 1. 345, 95% CI: 1. 078 - 1. 678), hanging mosquito net when there have more mosquitoes in the past year (OR = 1. 537, 95% CI: 1. 190 - 1. 983), searching dengue fever information by watching video ( OR = 1. 422, 95% CI: 1. 019 - 1. 856), parental guidance ( OR = 1. 371, 95% CI: 1. 084 - 1. 733) and books ( OR = 1. 323, 95% CI: 1. 045 - 1. 674). Conclusion After dengue outbreak and prevalence in 2014, there was large work to do to raise the knowledge and behavior levels in elementary and secondary schools at Guangzhou. It was suggested that video resource utilization, books, and school-home cooperate were the proper ways for behavior promotion.
