摘　　要：目的了解新疆居民健康素养水平,为制定健康素养干预策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取新疆8个区(县)共计1627名15~69岁常驻居民进行问卷调查。结果新疆居民总体健康素养水平为8.9%。在3方面健康素养水平中,具备基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能素养水平分别为13.6%、11.0%和16.5%,在6类健康问题素养水平中,从高到低依次为安全与急救47.5%、科学健康观33.8%、传染病防治19.3%、健康信息18.5%、基本医疗10.0%、慢性病防治7.4%。结论新疆居民健康素养总体水平较低,尤其是维吾尔族、回族健康素养水平较低,慢性病防治素养、基本医疗素养和健康生活方式与行为方面素养水平较低。需要针对健康素养中比较薄弱的环节,制定有针对性的健康素养干预策略,提高新疆居民健康素养水平。Objective To understand the current status of health literacy of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region residents and to provide scientific suggestions for developing health promotion and education strategy. Methods Multistage PPS sampling method was adopted. 1627 residents aged 15 -69 years old from 8 counties in Xinjiang were investigated with questionnaire. Results The overall level of health literacy among the residents of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was 8. 9%. The levels of health literacy in three aspects as basic health concept and knowledge, health lifestyle and behaviors, and health related skills were 13.6% , 11.0%, and 16. 5%, respectively. The health literacy rates of 6 health issues as safety and first aid, scientific attitude towards health, infectious diseases prevention, health information literacy, basic medical care, and chronic diseases prevention were 47.5% , 33.8% , 19. 3% , 18. 5% , 10. 0% and 7. 4% , respectively. Conclusion The level of health literacy of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region residents is low, especially in Hui and Uygur nationality, and in chronic diseases prevention, basic medical care and healthy lifestyle and behaviors. It is necessary to strengthen health promotion and education intervention to improve the level of health literacy of residents of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
