汽车制动器衬片检测标准及测试方法研究

摘　　要：介绍了汽车制动器衬片及其分类以及国际标准化组织、美国、欧洲、日本和中国衬片产品的主要技术标准体系,阐述了衬片产品的主要检测项目及其测试方法,分析了2016年衬片产品质量检测结果,表明标志和包装、摩擦性能和剪切强度不合格是目前衬片产品主要质量问题并指出了其危害。质量管理部门和检测实验室应加大监督抽查和市场监管力度,确保衬片产品质量安全。In this paper,the automobile brake linings and its classification and the main technical standards system of automobile brake linings in International Organization for Standardization（ISO）,USA,Europe,Japan and China are introduced. The main test items and testing methods of brake linings are elaborated. The quality inspection results of automobile brake linings in 2016 are analyzed. The main quality problems of the brake linings are that the marking and packaging,the friction property,and the shear strength cannot meet the standard requirements. And the harms of these quality problems are indicated. Government quality management departments and testing laboratory should strengthen market supervision to ensure quality safety of brake linings.
