摘　　要：大冶有色金属有限责任公司30万t铜加工清洁生产示范项目中,采用了等效48脉波电解电源。本文介绍了该电解电源的工作原理,以及在整流变压器与整流柜连接方式,直流稳流和谐波抑制等方面采取的技术措施。实践证明,该电源具有良好的谐波抑制和稳定的直流输出等特点。The copper electrolysis of the 300,000 t copper processing and clean production demonstration project of Daye Nonferrous Metal Co. , Ltd. adopts the equivalent 48-pulse electrolytic power source. This paper introduces the working principle of the electrolytic power supply, the technical measures taken in the connection between the rectifier transformer and rectifier cabinet, DC steady current and harmonic suppression. Practice has proved that the power supply has good harmonic suppression and stable DC output characteristics.
