摘　　要：促进城乡一体化建设是我国现阶段的首要任务。基于黑龙江省1995—2014年相关数据,从经济、社会、基础设施三个维度设计出十个具体指标,对黑龙江省城乡一体化建设进行综合测算,总结近些年城乡一体化发展所取得的成绩,揭示目前存在的突出问题,并从进一步推进城镇化、加快土地使用制度流转、大力发展县域经济等方面探索发展路径,以期有力推进黑龙江省城乡一体化发展进程。To promote urban - rural integration is China＇ s priority at the present stage. Based on the relevant data from 1995 to 2014 in Heilongjiang province, from the economic, social and infrastructure ten specific indicators, three dimensions design of integration in urban and rural areas of Heilongjiang province were comprehensively. It summarizes the urban - rural integration development achievements in recent years, reveals the existing problems, and further promotes urbanization, speeds up the transfer of land use system, vigorously develops the county economy to explore the development path, in order to effectively pro- mote urban -rural integration development in Heilongjiang province.
