摘 要:将经过加工筛分之后的建筑垃圾骨料通过不同的配比情况,人工粉检出砖渣以及砂浆等等,对其用于路基回填土的密实度控制试验进行了研究。结果表明:当混合材料全部为砖块时,最大干密度为1.873 g/cm3,混合料最佳含水量为14.20%,最大压实度为98.2%。在砂浆的含量不变时,混合料的最大干密度和最大压实度随着混凝土块含量的增多而增大,最佳含水量则呈现逐渐减小的趋势;随着砖块含量的增加,混合料的最大干密度和最大压实度减小,最佳含水量则呈现逐渐增加的趋势。随着砖渣含量的增加,在建筑垃圾的填料当中,上层的建筑垃圾填料会由于混凝土中土渣含量的减小而遭到破坏,进而变成下层的建筑垃圾。经过了建筑垃圾有关混合料的试验当中我们知道了承载比的指标为42.8%,公路的强度要求进而达到了。在建筑垃圾混合料经过4昼夜的浸水后,材料膨胀率非常小,材料膨胀率和细颗粒为砂性土特性有密切联系。In this paper,after the processing and screening of the construction waste aggregate,through different proportions,artificial powder detection of brick slag and mortar,etc.,it is used for Subgrade backfill density control test research. The results show that the maximum dry density is 1. 873 g/cm^3,the optimum moisture content is 14. 20%,and the maximum compaction degree is 98. 2% when the mixing materials are all bricks. In the same mortar content,maximum dry density and the maximum compaction degree increased with the increasing of the content of concrete mixture,the optimum moisture content decreased with increasing trend; bricks content,maximum dry density and maximum compaction reduced mixture,the optimum water content showed a gradually increasing trend. With the increase of brick slag content,in the stuffing of construction waste,the upper construction waste stuffing will be destroyed due to the reduction of the content of soil slag in concrete,and then become the lower construction waste. Through the test of the mixture of construction waste,we know that the bearing ratio index is 42. 8%,and the highway strength requirement has reached. After the construction waste mixture is soaked for 4 days and nights,the rate of material expansion is very small,and the material expansion rate and fine particles are closely related to the characteristics of sandy soil.
