摘　　要：透平循环机是合成氨生产系统中重要设备,能否安全运行直接决定着合成装置的生产能力。针对合成氨-尿素连续生产的特点及透平循环机电机发生故障时所造成的影响,制定降低透平循环机故障率的各种措施,确保了合成氨-尿素生产系统的安全生产运行。Turbine circulator is an important equipment in ammonia production system, and its operation directly determines thc production capacity of the synthesizer. In the light of the continuous production of synthetic ammonia-urea.the paper analyzes the general problems of this system such as motor bearing shatter,stator coil damage, high maintenance rate and so on. Corresponding measures arc brought out to reduce the malfunction rate of the Turbin circulation machine and thus guarantee a safety production and operation of the synthetic ammonia urea production system.
