摘　　要：探讨了EPC总承包项目的特点,研究了项目的风险管理流程及方法,重点讲述了PMBOK指南中的风险管理理论,并以印尼一化肥厂EPC总承包项目为例,分析了如何应用PMBOK指南中的风险管理理论进行项目的风险管理,以及PRA风险管理软件在项目风险管理中的定量风险分析的应用。This paper discussed the general features of EPC projects and illustrates the risk management process and methods in the overseas EPC projects. The risk management theory in PMBOK Guidance is specifically introduced. Based on the example of an EPC project of a fertilizer plant in Indonesia,the paper discusses the specific application of risk management theory in PMBOK Guidance on practical risk management as well as the application of PRA risk management software on practical quantitative risk analysis.
