摘　　要：全球哮喘发病呈现逐年上升趋势,哮喘发病机制研究多使用实验动物建立哮喘模型。该文就哮喘动物模型的动物品系、常用致敏原、佐剂、致敏和激发、致敏主要评价指标(典型症状、气道变应性炎症、气道高反应性、气道重塑)的研究现状进行简要综述,为哮喘机制研究以及哮喘预防和治疗提供基础资料。The morbidity of asthma is increased gradually in the world.Establishment of asthmatic animal model became more and more important in mechanism studies.In this article, the establishment of the animal model of asthma,including animal strain,general allergen, adjuvant,sensitization and stimulation,the main indexes for sensitization,such as typical symptom, airway allergic symptoms,airway hyperreactivity, airway remodeling, were reviewed to provide basic information for mechanism studies,prevention and therapy of asthma.
