集中预约模式在眼科日间手术患者的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集中预约模式在眼科日间手术的应用效果。方法将2016年11月至2017年2月收治的912例眼科日间手术患者作为对照组,采用分散预约模式;2017年3~6月收治的1 227例眼科日间手术患者作为观察组,采用集中预约模式。结果对照组爽约52例(5.70%),患者到达医院后取消手术65例(7.13%);观察组爽约28例(2.28%),到达医院后取消手术37例(3.02%),观察组爽约率、到达医院后手术取消率显著低于对照组;观察组术前SAS评分显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论集中预约模式能有效减少眼科日间手术患者爽约率和手术取消率,减轻患者术前焦虑水平,改善患者住院体验。Objective To explore the effect of centralized appointment on ophthalmic patients undergoing daytime operation. Methods Totally 912 ophthalmic patients undergoing daytime operation from November 2016 to February 2017 were treated as a control group, and used random appointment, and another 1 127 patients from March 2017 to June 2017 using centralized appointment as an observation group. Results In the control group, 52 （5.70%） patients broke an appointment, 65 （7.13%0） patients were cancelled an operation after arrived at hospital, and in the observation group, 28 （2. 28%） patients broke an appointment, 37 （3.02%） patients cancelled an operation after arrived at hospital. The rates of breaking an appointment and canceling an operation after arrived at hospital in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the SAS score prior operation of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of centralized appointment can decrease the rate of breaking an appointment and canceling an operation after arrived at hospital, relieve patients＂ anxiety before an operation and improve their experience of daytime operation.
