麻醉专科护理人员培训模式的临床实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉专科护理人员培训模式的临床实践和效果,为麻醉专科护理建设提供参考。方法选取10名同等学历新进护士随机分为常规培训组和专科培训组各5人。常规培训组由麻醉专科住院医师带教1个月后进入临床工作,专科培训组接受为期3~5年的麻醉专科护理培训。将行全身麻醉的择期手术患者700例随机分为对照组和观察组各350例,分别由常规培训组及专科培训组护士给予围术期麻醉护理管理。结果观察组维持期和苏醒期麻醉评分显著高于对照组,术后麻醉相关并发症发生率显著少于对照组,患者及外科医生对专科培训组麻醉护理的满意度显著高于对常规培训组的满意度(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论进行麻醉专科护理培训后的护士可更好地完成临床麻醉围术期护理,提升麻醉优良率,减少麻醉相关并发症,提高患者和外科医生的满意度。Objective To explore the clinical practice and effect of anesthesia specialty nurses training model, and to provide reference for nursing development of anesthesia specialist. Methods A total of 10 equivalent greewhand nurses were randomized into a routine training group and a specialized training group, with 5 nurses in each group. The routine training group started clinic work after 1 month anesthesia nursing training by anesthesia specialist residency, while the specialized training group received 3 to 5 years anesthesia specialized nursing training. Then totally 700 selective surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomized into a control group and an observation group, with 350 patients in each group, and they received anesthesia nursing and management by the nurses in the routine training group and the specialized training group respectively. Results The anesthesia score in the maintenance period and recovery period of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the incidence of postoperative anesthesia related complications was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group, patients and surgeons satisfaction regarding anesthesia nursing of the specialized training group were significantly higher than those of the routine training group （P〈 0. 05, P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Nurses who received anesthesia specialized nursing training can complete perioperative anesthesia nursing better, improve the excellent rate of anesthesia, reduce anesthesia related complications, and improve satisfaction of patients and surgeons.
