摘  要:目的评估血流限制训练在膝关节镜术后患者康复锻炼中的应用效果。方法将半月板损伤拟行膝关节镜手术的77例患者随机分为对照组(39例)和观察组(38例)。术后第15天开始,两组均接受监督指导下为期2周的术后康复训练,对照组进行每日2次的直腿抬高训练,观察组在此基础上增加每日2次的血流限制训练。结果训练后,观察组髌骨上极6cm及16cm处大腿周径、平路步行速度、伸膝肌力及膝关节功能评分显著大于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),两组均无下肢瘀斑、肿胀、局部压痛及深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生。结论膝关节镜术后患者实施血流限制训练可改善患者术后大腿肌肉体积和步行速度、增加伸膝肌力及加速关节功能康复,不会增加并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of blood flow restriction (BFR) training on rehabilitation for patients after knee arthroscopy. Methods Totally 77 patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery due to meniscus injury were randomized into a control group (n=39) and an observation group (n=38). From the 15th day after surgery, all patients received postoperative rehabilitation training for 2 weeks under supervision and guide, the control group did straight leg raising exercise twice a day, while the observation group additionally did BFR training twice a day. Results After the training, the thigh girth 6cm and 16cm superior patellar pole, walking velocity, extension strength and HSS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01), the complications, such as lower limb ecchymosis, swelling, local tenderness and deep vein thrombosis, were not observed in the two groups. Conclusion BFR training for patients after knee arthroscopic surgery can im- prove the volume of thigh muscles and walking velocity, increase the extension strength and accelerate the recovery of knee func tion, and does not increase the incidence of complications.
