摘 要:研制了一种新型电化学传感器——聚邻苯二胺负载Nafion@纳米氧化亚铜(Cu2ONPs)修饰碳糊电极(Nafion@Cu2ONPs/P-oPD/CPE),在0.2mol/L NaAc-HAc(pH=4.6)溶液中,采用循环伏安法(CV)和线性扫描溶出伏安法(LSSV)研究了米吐尔在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。在最佳条件下,米吐尔的氧化峰电流与其浓度在8.0×10-7~4.0×10-5 mol/L和4.0×10-5~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为4.3×10-7 mol/L。方法用于模拟水样中米吐尔的测定,回收率为99.0%~102.0%。A novel electrochemical sensor was developed.This kind of sensor is a nano copper oxide loaded ploy-a-phenylenediamine film modified carbon paste electrode,using the modified electrodes can be direct and sensitive determination of metol content.Results showed that the modified electrode has a strong electric catalysis action on Metol.The electrochemical behavior of Metol at the modified electrode was investigated in 0.2 mol/L NaAc-HAc(pH = 4.6)buffer solution by cyclic voltammetric(CV)and Linear scanning stripping voltammetry(LSSV)and that Metol exhibited a sensitive oxidation peak at 242 mV.The experimental parameters such as modifier circle number of polymerization,modifier dosage,electrolyte,pH,scan rate,accumulation potential,accumulation time,and other conditions were optimized.Under the optimized conditions,Metol oxidation peak current and concentration was linear in the range from 8.0× 10-5 to 4.0× 10-5 and 4.0× 10-5 to 1.0× 10-3 mol/L,the linear equations and correlation coefficients were:ipa=8.628 × 105 c + 7.588,R=0.998 3(ipa/μA;c/mol/L),ipa=5.260×105 c + 32.026,R=0.996 3(ipa/μA;c/mol/L).with a detection limit is 4.3 ×10-7 mol/L.which is used for Metol determination in simulated water sample with the recovery were 99.0 %~102.0 %.Therefore,this method may hold great promise for fast,simple and sensitive detection of Metol in water samples.
