摘　　要：随着我国经济发展步入新常态,科学技术迅猛发展,尤其是科技和网络发展迅速。对于管理相对粗放的煤炭行业来说,如何对海量信息进行精细化管理已经成为多数煤炭企业面临的重要问题。为满足煤炭企业对科技项目精细化管理的需求,构建了煤矿企业科技项目综合管理信息系统,主要围绕科技项目管理、项目立项管理、项目验收管理、项目后续管理等重点工作环节展开,可以有效提高煤矿企业科技管理信息化水平和科技信息资源服务能力为重点,为科技管理人员提供业务自动化处理和科技信息综合管理的工作平台。With Chinffs economic development entering the new normal, and rapid development of science and technology de- veloped rapidly, especially science and technology and network development. For the relatively extensive management of coal in- dustry, delicacy management for massive information had become an important issue for most coal enterprises. In order to meet the requirements of science and technology project management of coal enterprises, the author built a comprehensive management information system for coal enterprise science and technology projects, mainly focused on the science and technology proieet man- agement, project initialization management, project acceptance management, proiect follow-up management and other key work link, the system could effectively improve the technological management informationalized level and science and technology infor- mation resources service capability of coal enterprises, and provided a working platform of business automated processing and sci- entific and technological information comprehensive management for technological managers.
