国外引导医务人员规范使用社交媒体的启示

摘　　要：社交媒体作为一种新兴的媒体在社会中受到了极大的欢迎与普及,但从"李芊"非法行医事件到手术自拍门事件也显示出对医务人员使用社交媒体中存在的隐忧,规范引导医务人员使用社交媒体十分必要。美国、英国、澳大利亚三国的医学会出台了社交媒体指引性文件,明确界定社交媒体定义及适用人群、医患双方隐私权的保护和规范医务人员商业宣传行为,促进医务人员正确使用社交媒体。我国医疗行业主管部门及有关协会也应尽快制定社交媒体使用规范,引导医务人员正确使用社交媒体,增强法制意识,规范商业宣传行为,促进医疗工作开展及医患关系的和谐。As a new form of media, social media has been greatly welcomed and popularized in the community. But from the ＂Li Qian＂ illegal medical practice to the operation of self-timer door, it shows there are secret worries in the process of medical staff using social media. It is necessary to guide the medical staff to standardize the use of social media. The social media guidance documents issued by the three medical societies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. They have defined the so- cial media definition and applicable groups to protect the privacy of both doctors and patients, regulate the commercial conduct of medical personnel and other specific practices to promote foreign medical people using social media correctly. The relevant depart- ments of the relevant associations of medical industry in China should develop social media norms as soon as possible to guide medi- cal staff to use social media correctly, strengthen legal awareness, regulate the commercial publicity behavior, and improve medical work development and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
