基　　金：国家中医药管理局中成药治疗优势病种标准化项目(No.SATCM-2015-BZ[402])

摘　　要：自从2015年10月国家中医药管理局批准设立中成药治疗优势病种临床应用标准化研究项目(SATCM-2015-BZ[402])之后,承担单位中国中药协会(CATCM)指南工作组在首席专家指导下制定了中成药治疗优势病种临床应用指南的建议(国中药协[2016]96号)。经过首批立项的14个优势病种工作组近一年的实践和探索,这些建议已经被修订和更新,形成了更加统一的指导原则(循证为主、共识为辅、经验为鉴)和报告标准(目的、方法、结果、推荐等12项),以及指南的科学证据类别(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类)和推荐水平(A、B、C、D级)。这些指导原则和报告标准应该用于旨在推荐中成药治疗优势病种临床应用指南编制研究的专题小组。Since October 2015, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine approved the establishment of the project of clinical application guidelines of Chinese medicines for the treatment of common diseases （SATCM-2015-BZ[402] ）, recommendations for the preparation of guidelines for the clinical application of Chinese medicines were issued by a commitment unit, China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine （CATCM） Guideline Working Group （GZYX[2016]96）. More than a year of exploration and practice by a total of the first 14 working groups on guidelines for the common diseases, these recommendations for the preparation of guidelines have now been updated and revised. More unified guiding principles and standards of reporting are set up, which include principles of the compilation （evidence-based, consensus, supplemented by experience）, classes of scientific evidence （Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ） and predefined levels of recommendation （A,B,C,D）. These principles and standards as well as others listed below should be used for all working groups that aim at recommending Chinese medicines within the framework of the CATCM working group.
