摘 要:目的:探讨血脂生化检验中采用分级检验方案的检验结果。方法:选择在某院做血脂生化检验的92例患者为研究对象,分别给予常规拉网式检验方案(对照组)和分级检验方案(观察组),对比2种检验方式检验结果、阳性检验率、漏检率。结果:分级检验方案组Apo AI,Apo B及LDL-C较常规拉网式检验方案组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组TC,TG及HDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分级检验方案组Apo AI,Apo B及LDL-C的阳性检验率较常规拉网式检验方案组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组TC,TG及HDL-C的阳性检验率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分级检验方案组漏检率较常规拉网式检验方案组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血脂生化检验工作中应用分级检验方案,可有效提高检验准确度与阳性检验率,同时降低漏检率,值得临床推广。Objective: To study the results of blood lipid biochemical tests using grading test program. Methods: 92 patients in a hospital were chosen as objects of the study and were divided into two groups. The conventional pull-type test program and the grading test program were applied respectively. The test results,the positive rate,and the missing rate of the two test methods were compared between the two groups. Results: Apo AI,Apo B and LDL-C were higher in the grading test group than in the conventional test group( P〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of TC,TG,and HDL-C( P〉0. 05). The positive rate of Apo AI,Apo B and LDL-C in the grading test group was higher than that in the conventional test group( P〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the positive rate of TC,TG,and HDL-C( P〉 0. 05). The missing rate of the grading test group was lower than that of the conventional test group,the difference being significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of grading test program in blood lipid biochemical test can effectively improve the test accuracy and positive test rate,and reduce the missing rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
