蚌埠市部分体检人群血尿酸水平的现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解蚌埠市区健康体检人群血清尿酸(UA)水平及高尿酸血症(HUA)的分布特点,为HUA的防治提供一定的科学依据。方法:用全自动生化分析仪对蚌埠市区2 551例健康体检者进行血清UA的测定,男性UA>428μmol/L,女性UA>357μmol/L为HUA的诊断标准。按年龄段进行分组统计。结果:该市健康体检人群男性血清UA平均水平(371.93±76.47)μmol/L高于女性(273.30±73.93)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性20~<30岁与30~<40岁,40~<50岁,50~<60岁人群比较血清UA水平最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性不同年龄组HUA患病率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性血清UA水平和HUA患病率的总趋势随年龄增加而增高。结论:蚌埠市区健康体检人群男性血清UA水平明显高于女性,而且男性人群中HUA患者出现年轻化趋势。Objective： To investigate the concentration of serum uric acid（ UA） and the hyperuricemia（ HUA） incidence of physical examination crowd in Bengbu area so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of HUA. Methods： Serum uric acid levels in 2551 cases in a physical examination crowd in Bengbu area were detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer. UA 〉428μmol/L in males and UA 357μmol/L in females were taken as indication of hyperuricemia. People enrolled in the study were grouped and analyzed according to ages. Results： The average UA of the males was（ 371. 93 ± 76. 47） μmol/L,which was significantly higher than that of the females（ 273. 30 ± 73. 93） μmol/L（ P〈 0. 01）. Serum UA levels in males aged 20 ~ 30 were higher than those in 30 ~ 40,40 ~ 50,and 50 ~ 60 years old groups. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Generally speaking,there was no significant difference in prevalence of HUA among men of different age groups（ P〉0. 05）. Serum UA levels and hyperuricemia incidence of the female group increased with age. Conclusion： As for the population of health examination in Bengbu area,the average UA concentration of males is significantly higher than that of females. In addition,hyperuricemia patients become younger and younger in the male population.
