常规抗凝治疗联合低分子肝素钙治疗孕产期深静脉血栓的效果分析及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨常规抗凝治疗联合低分子肝素钙治疗孕产期术后深静脉血栓的临床效果,并分析其对炎性因子的影响。方法:以某院收治的52例孕产期深静脉血栓症患者为研究对象,对其进行随机分组,对照组实施常规抗凝治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合低分子肝素钙治疗,对2组患肢与健肢周径差值、静脉通畅改善率及炎性因子水平变化情况进行比较。结果:采用常规治疗联合低分子肝素钙治疗的观察组患者患肢与健肢周径差值低于对照组,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);静脉通畅改善率高于对照组,观察组IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α均低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合低分子肝素治疗孕产期深静脉血栓临床效果较好,减轻炎性反应效果明显,可在临床治疗预防孕产期深静脉血栓中推广使用。Objective： To study the clinical effect of conventional anticoagulant therapy combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis and to analyze its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods： 52 patients with deep venous thrombosis were enrolled in this study. The patients in the control group were treated with routine anticoagulant therapy while those in the observation group,on the basis of conventional therapy,were added with low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment. The difference between the circumferential diameter of the affected limbs and the healthy limbs of the two groups,the improvement of venous patency,and changes in the level of inflammatory factors were compared. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups as to the difference between the circumferential diameter of the affected limbs and the healthy limbs（ P〉 0. 05）. The improvement rate of venous patency was higher in the observation group than that in the control group. The levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Conventional treatment combined with low molecular weight heparin is effective in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in pregnant women,and the effect of reducing inflammatory reaction is obvious. It can be used in the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis in clinical practice.
