摘 要:针对汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程的回弹问题,介绍了汽车覆盖件回弹产生机理及影响因素。以某车型翼子板为例,针对翼子板回弹问题提出了拉深过程采用变压边力的方法,在成形初期采用小压边力而在成形后期采用大压边力的拉深工艺,使板料由弹塑性变形转变为纯塑性变形;同时利用AutoForm预测制件的回弹量并在拉深模特征拐角处分别进行3°与1°的模具零件型面补偿。试验结果表明,通过采取上述措施,翼子板回弹现象消除,制件合格率由88.2%提升至92.6%,该方法可为汽车覆盖件冲模设计提供参考。In order to reduce the springback of the automobile cover panel in stamping pro- cess, the mechanism and factors of the springback for it were presented. Taking the fend- er of an automobile as an example, the method of variable blank holder force was put for- ward to solve the spfingback problem. In the early deformation stage the blank holder force was light, and it was turn into hard in the later deformation stage, so the elasto-plas- tic deformation was turn into pure plastic deformation. Meanwhile, the springback of the parts was predicted by using AutoForm software and the die surface was compensated with 3°and 1°at the corner of the drawing die. The results showed that the springback of the fender was eliminated and the rate of the quality parts was raised from 88.2% to 92.6%, which could provide references for the die design of the automobile cover panel.
