摘　　要：针对抗静电全钢通路地板点焊组合后,需进行切边才能形成规整的地板块外形,阐述了其切边模设计过程。经生产验证,模具结构合理,可通过调整凸模位置改变凸、凹模间隙,实现1副切边模适应不同厚度地板的切边,在保证地板块切边质量的同时,提高了企业经济效益。The design of trimming die of the floor board was illustrated according to the static resistant floor with all steel that was needed edge cutting to form the regular shape after spot welding. The actual production verified that the die structure was reasonable and the floor board edge with variable thickness was cut in one set of trimming~ die by ad- justing the location of the punch and changing the punching clearance. It could ensure the quality of the floor board edge cutting and improve the production efficiency.
