摘　　要：对同时具有盒形、圆筒形和阶梯形特征的零件拉深级进模的工艺进行了分析,介绍了该阶梯长圆盒形件拉深毛坯的计算方法、工序设计、排样设计和模具结构特点。模具已应用于生产实践中,可为类似零件的拉深级进模设计提供参考。The process of the parts with rectangular box, cylinder and step shape feature was analyzed and the drawing progressive die of it was designed successfully. Then the blank calculation, process design and layout design and the die design of it were intro- duced. The actual production verified that the quality of the forming parts were good, which proved reference for progressive die of similar drawing parts.
