信息技术采纳对图书馆服务变革的影响——基于国内期刊文献的研究进展分析

摘　　要：文章通过对CNKI、万方、维普等期刊数据库中对技术在图书馆中发展利用的文献进行分析,按照时间顺序将技术发展分为三个阶段,梳理技术与图书馆职能变化、服务创新之间相辅相成的密切关系,并对计算技术、社交网络技术、移动互联网、大数据等具有划时代意义的关键技术阶段进行分析,描述国内图书馆在技术采纳和应用中的特点。期刊文献分析结果表明,国内图书馆学界对新技术的关注和采纳非常及时,紧跟新技术在国内普及发展的趋势,并且能够根据采纳技术的特性快速反应,这对图书馆技术特征的形成和图书馆形象的建立有正面作用。Journal articles items on the utilization of technology in the library were got from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, and divided into three stages according to the time sequence to describe the relationship between IT application and li- brary service innovation. This paper also placed emphasis on the adoption of computer science, social network, mobile internet, big data, which had epoch-marking significance on the development of library, and described the characteris- tics of technology adoption and application in domestic libraries. The results showed that libraries in China were keep- ing continuous attention to the development of information technology and adopted them timely. Also, they had fast re- action of those new technologies, which has pbsitive impact on the formation of library＇s technical feature and image.
