刃针松解肌肉起止点结合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨刃针松解肌肉起止点结合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将64例颈性眩晕者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组予刃针结合星状神经节阻滞治疗,对照组予单纯刃针针刺,观察两组患者治疗1、2、3周后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)变化,同时比较治疗后两组患者临床疗效及3个月随访复发情况。结果:治疗1、2、3周后观察组的ESCV评分及临床总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:刃针针刺肌肉起止点结合星状神经节阻滞在改善颈性眩晕症状与功能、临床短期疗效方面均优于单纯刃针治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of cutting edge needle and stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervical ver- tigo. Methods： According to the random number table method, 64 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with knife needle combined with stellate gan- glion block therapy, control group treated with knife needle acupuncture, observe two groups of patients 1, 2, 3 weeks of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment the assessment scale （ESCV）, and after treatment between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and recurrence were followed up for 3 months. Results： After 1, 2, 3 weeks, the ESCV score and clinical total effective rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate in the ob- servation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acu- puncture combined with stellate ganglion block can improve the symptoms and functions of cervical vertigo, and the short-term clini- cal efficacy is better than the single edged needle therapy. It is worthy of clinical application.
