摘　　要：为筛选维氏气单胞菌胞外产物的免疫反应蛋白,提取维氏气单胞菌TH 0426株胞外产物,利用双向电泳技术对其进行分离,比对蛋白胶与免疫印迹膜上的蛋白反应点,进行质谱鉴定。结果显示,应用免疫蛋白质组学方法筛选维氏气单胞菌胞外产物免疫反应蛋白,共得到24个免疫反应蛋白点,成功鉴定18个,经分析为11种蛋白,分别是肽酶S8、长链脂肪酸转运蛋白、溶血素样毒素、膜蛋白、主要外膜蛋白O mp AⅠ、麦芽糖、ABC底物结合转运蛋白和几种假定蛋白。本研究结果为维氏气单胞菌疫苗的研制奠定了基础。To screen the immunogenic proteins of extracellular products（ECPs） from Aeromonas vero- nii,ECPs of A. veronii were obtained,whichwere analyzed by proteome two-dimensional electrophoresis tech- nology. Furthermore,comparison of immunoblot between gel and membrane was performed by mass spectro- metry analyses. The results showed that the ECPs of A. veronii contained 24 immunogenic proteins（succes- sfully identified 18）.Collectively, our data suggested that the ECPs of A. veron^i included peptidase S8,1ong-chain fatty acid outer membrane transporter,aerolysin-like toxin,membrane protein,major outer membrane protein 0mpA I ,maltoporin and some hypothetical proteins. Taken together,our investi- gation provided a scientific basis for treatment of animals infected with A. veronii.
