利巴韦林注射液联合痰热清超声雾化治疗流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利巴韦林注射液联合痰热清超声雾化治疗流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎的效果。方法选取2013年10月~2016年10月我院收治的100例流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎患者作为研究对象,根据就诊时间差异分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组患者单纯使用利巴韦林注射液治疗,实验组患者使用利巴韦林注射液联合痰热清超声雾化治疗,比较两组患者各临床症状的消失时间及最终疗效。结果两组患者症状、体征改善情况及临床症状消失时间比较,实验组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组最终疗效比较,实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用利巴韦林注射液联合痰热清超声雾化治疗流感病毒感染致病毒性肺炎的效果显著,能迅速改善患者的临床症状,药物毒副作用小,具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Ribavirin Injection combined with Tanreqing uhrasonication in the treatment of viral pneumonia caused by influenza virus infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with viral pneumonia enrolled in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects,and divided into two groups according to the time difference of treatment,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Ribavirin Injection alone.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Ribavirin Injection combined with Tanreqing uhrasonication.The disappearance time and the final curative effect of the clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared.Results Two groups of patients with symptoms,signs and clinical symptoms disappeared time comparison,the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically signif- icant （P〈0.05）.The experimental group and the control group eventually curative effect,the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Ribavirin Injection combined with Tanreqing ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of influenza virus infection caused by viral pneumonia is significant and can improve rapidly with little side effects of drugs,which has the value of popularization.
