摘　　要：目的改进十二指肠镜清洗方法,提高清洗消毒质量。方法选取使用后污染的十二指肠镜516条,随机分为两组各258条。传统组按消毒规范常规五步清洗法清洗,改进组在此基础上增加床旁预处理和先端部反复刷洗。结果改进组细菌培养阳性率显著低于传统组,内镜清洗合格率显著高于传统组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在常规清洗消毒流程基础上增加床旁预处理和先端部反复刷洗,能提高十二指肠镜的清洗消毒质量。Objective To improve quality of cleansing and sterilization by ameliorating cleansing method for duodenoscope. Methods A total of 516 duodenoseopes after routine use were randomized into two groups, with 258 in each. The control group was given conventional 5 step cleaning according to the national disinfection standards, while the observation group additionally received bedside pre-cleaning and repeated manual brushing of the elevator area. Results The positive bacterial culture rate was significantly lower, but the qualification rate of duodenoscope was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Adding bedside pre-cleaning and repeated manual brushing of the elevator area in conventional cleaning can improve quality of cleaning and sterilization of duodenoscope.
