黄芪抗大鼠前列腺增生的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪对大鼠前列腺增生的治疗效果。方法:用激素诱导法成功复制SD大鼠前列腺增生模型,再分别给与非那雄胺胶囊、黄芪注射液治疗6周,最后摘取前列腺组织,观察前列腺湿重、体积变化,计算前列腺指数(PI)及光镜下观察前列腺形态学改变。结果:黄芪治疗组与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪可明显逆转大鼠前列腺组织增生。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of astragalus on prostatic hyperplasia of rats. Methods ： The prostatie hyperplasia model of SD rats was successfully duplicated with hormone induction and treated with Finasteride Capsule and Astragalus Injection for 6 weeks. Then the prostate tissues were collected. The wet weight and volume changes of prostate were observed, the prostate index （PI） was calculated, and the prostate morphological changes were observed under the microscope. Results： Compared Astragalus treatment group with the model group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Astragalus can obviously reverse the hyperplasia of prostate tissue in rats.
