摘  要:研制适于综采面液压支架压力监测的嵌入式控制系统。系统采用Zig Bee星型拓扑结构,利用STR912和CC2530搭建支架压力传感网络,在STR912上植入μC/OS-II实时操作系统以实现对压力数据存储、报警和通信等多任务控制。测试表明,嵌入式系统能降低截煤产尘对硬件的影响,其压力测试精度能有效控制在±10 kN内,ZigBee无线传输丢包率低于0.5%。Fully mechanized face hydraulic support embedded pressure monitoring system has been developed. The system has used ZigBee star topology, and built pressure sensing network with STR912 and CC2530. Embedded system STR912 has implantedμC/OS-II real-time operating system to achieve multi-task control about pressure data storage, alarm and communication. Tests show, embedded system can reduce the impact of cutting coal dust from hardware level, the pressure test accuracy can be effectively controlled within ±10 kN, ZigBee wireless transmission packet loss rate less than 0.5%.
