摘  要:井下机车运输和巷道设备运行状态是影响矿井生产效益的重要因素。根据巷道环境和机车监控需求,设计以CC2430和STM32为核心的井下机车运输监控系统。井下传感网络采用ZigBee和CAN总线,配置覆盖载运巷道的ZigBee终端、路由和协调节点,通过ZigBee无线通信和CAN报文在线传输监测数据。系统结构灵活、功耗较低,可实现井下机车运输和巷道设备运行状态的远程监视和在线调度管理。Mine locomotive and roadway equipment operation status is an important factor for production efficiency. According to roadway environment and locomotive monitoring requirements, mine locomotive transportation monitoring system has been designed with CC2430 and STM32 MCU. Mine sensor network has used ZigBee and CAN bus to configure the ZigBee terminal, routing and coordination node for covering the roadway, and monitored data online through ZigBee wireless communication and CAN message. The system is flexible with low power consumption, and it can realize the remote monitoring and on-line dispatching management of mine locomotive transportation and roadway equipment running.
