摘 要:为了研究补连塔矿煤分子结构,利用TG/DSC-FTIR-MS/GC四联用仪对该矿22305煤样进行绝氧热解分析。研究了煤样在氮气惰性气体氛围下的热解特性。实验结果表明,绝大部分的热解反应发生在200℃~700℃,此段内煤样约失重89%,煤样热解产生的气体包含CO、CO_2、H_2O、CH_4、C_2H_4等;在700℃~1 450℃热解气体的产生率很小,失重约2.6%,此段内主要是半焦和碳酸盐矿物质分解产生气体。主要分析了热解产生气体的种类、时间和产生机理,并得出了煤样热解的化学反应动力参数。In order to study the molecular structure the coal of Bulianta coal mine. Analysis of oxygenic pyrolysis of coal specimen at No. 22305 workface by TG/DSC-FTIR-MS/GC quadruple instrument. The pyrolysis characteristics of coal samples under nitrogen inert gas atmosphere were studied. The experimental results show that most of the pyrolysis reaction takes place between 200 ℃-700 ℃, and the coal sample is about 89% less in this section. The gas produced by the coal pyrolysis contains CO, CO2, H2O, CH4, C2H4 and so on. In the 700℃-1 450 ℃ between the pyrolysis gas generation rate is very small, weight loss of about 2.6%, this section is mainly semi-coke and carbonate minerals decomposition of gas. The types, time and mechanism of pyrolysis gas were analyzed, and the chemical reaction parameters of coal pyrolysis were obtained.
