摘  要:运用化学渗透脱挥发分热解模型对高灰低挥发分煤的热解过程进行数值计算,并与热解实验结果进行对照,验证了热解模型的可行性,利用热解模型进一步研究了热解温度和煤粉粒径对氮释放特性及释放速率的影响,发现随着热解温度的升高,焦炭氮的质量分数逐渐降低,HCN的质量分数逐渐增加,焦油氮则呈现先增加后减少的趋势;随着煤粉粒径不断增加,焦炭氮的质量分数不断增加,而焦油氮和HCN的质量分数不断减少。Chemical percolation devolatilization pyrolysis model was used to perform a numerical calculation of the pyrolysis process of high-ash and low-volatile coal, and the feasibility was verified with the experimental result of pyrolyisis,then the impacts of the pyrolysis temperature and particle size on the release characteristics and rates of nitrogen were studied by this model. The results show that with the pyrolysis temperature increasing, the mass fraction of char nitrogen gradually decrease, while the mass fraction of HCN gradually increase and tar nitrogen showe decreasing trend after increasing. With the particle size increasing, the mass fraction of char nitrogen increased, while the mass fraction of HCN and tar nitrogen decreased.
