摘　　要：通过对"十二五"期间我国煤炭产业经济由盛转衰演变过程的分析,得出大多数问题发生在供给侧的结论,进而提出煤炭产业供给侧结构性改革的背景。并从煤炭产业脱困发展、政策体系完善、体制机制创新、经济理论发展等方面,阐述了煤炭产业供给侧结构性改革的重要意义。Studying on the boom and bust of China＇s coal industry during ＂the 12th Five-Year-elan＂ period, think that the main problem occurs on the supply side, this is also the reason for supply-side structural reform in the coal industry. And then systematically expounds the significance of supply-side structural reform in the coal industry, such as tiding over the difficulties, improving government policies, optimizing the present institution, developing economic theory, and so on.
