摘　　要：早期商务印书馆(1897-1937)在中国现代文化产业史中有着先行者与里程碑式的意义,它在图书报刊印刷、出版、发行以及电影、唱片、教育产业等诸多文化产业领域都创立了多个"第一",它建构了中国现代文化产业多元业态共生的局面,改变了中国现代文化产业的总体格调,推动了市民文化的形成。从中国现代文化产业史的视域看,它不但是推动中国现代文化产业从萌芽走向成熟的先行者,而且还是现代文化产业"中国化"发展的推动者、见证者,它证明了现代文化产业只有与中国国情相适应才有发展前景的历史事实。The early period of the Commercial Press（1897-1937）is a frontier and milestone in the history of the modern Chinese cultural industries and is also an inaugurator of books and periodicals in printing,publishing and issuing,and there are even film and record production and educated industries.It built a multi-symbiosis situation for the Chinese modern cultural industries,changed its main style,and promoted the formation of the civic culture.From the view of the history of the Chinese modern cultural industries,it is not only a frontier that promoted Chinese modern cultural industries from the rudiment to mature,but also is a promoter and witness of the modern Chinese cultural industries′sinicization,which proves that only modern cultural industries that fit China′s national conditions can develop well.
