快速康复路径护理联合多学科协作模式在结肠癌患者围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复路径联合多学科协作模式对腹腔镜结肠癌患者围手术期的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2016年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院结直肠外科收治住院的179例结肠癌肿瘤患者,根据护理方式分为传统护理组(对照组)及快速康复路径联合多学科协作模式护理组(观察组)。传统护理方法入组87例患者,快速康复路径联合多学科协作模式护理组入组92例患者,观察两组患者的术后并发症发生率,离床活动时间、进食时间及住院时间等。结果与传统护理方法相比,快速康复路径联合多学科协作模式护理组的患者发热的发生率(X^2=5.176,P<0.05)降低,快速康复路径联合多学科协作模式护理组患者离床时间(t=6.909,P<0.001),术后进食时间(t=8.055,P<0.001),住院时间(t=6.078,P<0.001)优于传统护理组,差异均有统计学意义。结论围手术期护理中应用快速康复路径联合多学科协作模式护理理念,可减少结肠癌患者术后并发症,促进患者更快康复。ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficiency of fast-track surgery combined with multidisciplinary model in nursing perioperative colon cancer patients. MethodsRetrospective analysis of 179 colorectal cancer patients admitted to Department of Colorectal Surgery Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016. According to the nursing mode, the traditional nursing method was enrolled in 87 patients, and the fast-track surgery combined with multidisciplinary model nursing group was enrolled in 92 patients. The postoperative complications, off-bed time, time for dieting, time for hospital stay of the two groups were compared. ResultsCompared with traditional nursing methods, fast-track surgery combined with multidisciplinary model nursing group was with less fever rate （X2=5.176, P〈0.05）, while off-bed time （t=6.909, P 〈 0.001）, postoperative dieting time （t=8.055, P 〈 0.001）, hospital stay （t=6.078, P〈0.001） were superior to the traditional nursing group, the difference had statistical signi？cance. ConclusionDuring perioperative nursing, fast-track surgery combined with multidisciplinary model nursing can reduce postoperative complications of colorectal cancer patients, and improve faster recovery.
