摘　　要：护理三基培训是医院医护人员广泛参与的一项医疗培训活动,对巩固和提升医护人员的基本理论知识、基本技能具有重要作用。但医院传统三基培训模式存在较多问题和不足,培训效果差强人意,亟需予以改进和完善。鉴于此,文章探讨了模块教学在护理三基培训中的应用策略,并就其应用效果展开评价,以期为医院三基培训工作提供借鉴和参考。Basic nursing training is a medical training activity widely attended by medical staff in hospitals, it helps to improve the basic theory knowledge and basic skills of the medical staff. However, there are many problems and shortcomings in the traditional basic training mode of the hospital, and the training effect is not ideal, and it needs to be improved and perfected. In view of this, this paper discusses the application strategy of module teaching in basic nursing training, and evaluates its application effect, in order to provide reference for hospital basic training.
