术后早期综合护理干预对胃癌手术患者胃肠功能康复的影响评价

摘　　要：目的评价术后早期综合护理对胃癌手术患者术后康复的影响。方法将64例胃癌患者随机分为两组。术后,给予对照组常规护理,研究组接受早期综合护理,比较两组患者康复情况。结果研究组患者的康复指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度为93.75%(30/32),对照组为81.25%(26/32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌手术患者术后给予早期综合护理,可取得满意效果。Objective To evaluate the early postoperative comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer after surgery. Methods 64 cases of patients with gastric cancer were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups. After operation, the control group received routine nursing care, the study group received early comprehensive nursing, compare the rehabilitation of patients. Results The rehabilitation index of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 93.75% （30/32）, and the control group was 81.25% （26/32）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with gastric cancer after surgery, given early nursing, can obtain satisfactory results.
