循证护理在进展期胃癌根治手术护理配合中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨进展期胃癌行根治术手术治疗护理配合中循证护理的应用效果。方法选取患进展期胃癌于2010年1月—2016年12月在我院接受根治术治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,28例行常规护理配合作为常规组,32例通过循证护理展开护理配合作为循证组,对比两组护理配合效果。结果循证组并发症发生率6.25%,低于常规组的21.43%,且循证组无瘤生存率、满意度较常规组高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过循证护理对进展期胃癌根治术患者实施护理配合可使并发症减少,促进其无瘤生存率、满意度的提升。Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of radical surgery for advanced gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treatedwith radical surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups randomly. 28 cases was used as a routine group through routine nursing coordination. 32 cases were used as evidence-based group through evidence-based nursing. The effect of two groups of nursing coordination was compared. Results The incidence of complications in the evidence-based group was 6.25%, which was lower than that of the routine group （21.43%）. The rate of tumor free survival and satisfaction in the evidence-based group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing of patients with advanced gastric cancer by evidence-based nursing can reduce the complications and promote the improvement of survival rate and satisfaction.
