综合护理在脑卒中继发癫痫患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察与评价在脑卒中继发癫痫患者临床辅助治疗中应用综合护理的护理效果。方法选取2015年5月—2017年3月因脑卒中继发癫痫而在我院接受治疗的患者86例作为研究对象,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组各43例。A组进行综合护理干预,B组给予常规护理,分别观察两组受试者在护理前后的运动能力、生活能力情况以及对相关护理的满意程度。结果在试验护理进行前,两组患者的运动能力和生活能力相近(P>0.05),而在两组分别给予综合护理干预和常规护理后,A组FM评分以及Barthel评分均高于B组,两组之间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,在对护理的满意程度上,A组(93.0%)高于B组(72.1%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中继发癫痫患者进行综合护理后,患者的运动能力和生活能力有所改善,并且患者对综合护理的满意度也高于普通护理,表明综合护理干预具有良好的护理效果。Objective To observe and evaluate the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing care in clinical adjuvant therapy of patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke. Methods A total of 86 patients who were treated with secondary epilepsy in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into group A （n=43） and group B （n=43）, group A was given comprehensive nursing care, while group B was given routine care, the athletic ability, living ability and the satisfaction of the care were observed of two groups before and after care. Results Before nursing, the athletic ability and living ability of the two groups were similar （P〉0.05）, while the FM score and Barthel score of group A were signifcantly higher than group B after compressive and traditional nursing were applied respectively, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. In addition, group A （93.0%） was signifcantly higher than that in group B （72.1%） in the satisfaction rate of nursing, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion After comprehensive nursing of patients with secondary epilepsy, the athletic ability and living ability of the patients are improved, and the satisfaction degree of the patients is higher than that of the general nursing care, which indicates that the comprehensive nursing intervention has good nursing effect.
