距下关节撑开器在粉碎性跟骨骨折手术治疗中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探究粉碎性跟骨骨折患者手术中应用距下关节撑开器治疗的价值。方法选取粉碎性跟骨骨折患者58例,简单随机化法分组,实验组术中实施距下关节撑开器复位治疗,对照组则采用斯氏针牵引与撬拨复位治疗。结果实验组手术时间、术后跟骨高度、Bohler角均短于或优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论粉碎性跟骨骨折患者在手术中应用距下关节撑开器干预,安全有效。Objective To explore the value of subtalar joint distractor in the operation of the patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture. Methods A total of 58 patients with comminuted calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was assisted by the subtalar joint distractor, while the control group was treated withsnail＇s traction and prying auxiliary therapy. Results The operative time, postoperative calcaneal height and Bohler angle in the experimental group were signifcantly shorter and better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the probability of complications in the experimental group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is safe and effective to use the subtalar distractor in the operation of comminuted fracture.
