甘露消毒丹加减治疗白塞氏综合征浅析

摘　　要：白塞氏综合征也可以称其为眼、口、生殖器官的综合征,另一西医名称为贝赫切特综合征,临床表现多样,两级溃疡明显,主要是表现在空腔与外阴部,出现眼科症状,称为三联症。对于该疾病的治疗,主要以药物治疗为主,病症轻重不同,服药时间长短不一,但很多患者均需要长期服药。西医主要目的在于调节自身免疫,进而使得病情好转。中医认为调节肝脾肾这三脏,可以使用甘露消毒丹加减治疗,本文主要分析这一方法的治疗过程和体会。Behcet＇s syndrome is also known as the syndrome of eye, mouth, genital organs, as well as a Western name for Behr Chet syndrome, A variety of clinical manifestations, two levels of ulcers, mainly in the cavity and the vulva, the appearance of eye symptoms, called triad syndrome. For the treatment of the disease, mainly dominated by drug treatment. The severity of the disease is different, medication of varying lengths of time is v, but many patients need long-term medication, western medicine mainly aimed at regulating autoimmunity, thus making the condition improved. According to TCM, we need to regulate the three organs of liver, spleen and kidney. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Ganluxiaodu Dan Addition and Subtraction Therapy is more obvious. The main contents of this article briefy analyze the treatment process and experience of this method.
