高能紫外光联合点阵铒激光治疗白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价304 nm高能紫外光联合2 940 nm点阵铒激光治疗白癜风的疗效及安全性。方法将64例局限型白癜风患者随机分成2组,治疗组32例采用高能紫外光联合点阵铒激光治疗,对照组32例仅予高能紫外光照射。2组均每周治疗2次,3个月为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果治疗1个疗程后观察看到,治疗组有效率68.75%,对照组有效率56.25%,2组治疗白癜风的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个疗程后观察看到,治疗组有效率93.75%,对照组有效率75%,2组治疗白癜风的有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 304 nm高能紫外光联合2 940 nm点阵铒激光治疗局限型白癜风起效更快,疗效肯定,是一种简单、安全的治疗方法。Objective In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of application of high-energy ultraviolet（UV） combined with erbium fractional laser in treating vitiligo. Methods A randomized experimental controlled study was performed in 64 patients, and they were randomly divided into two groups： group A receiving erbium fractional laser and Dualight UVB therapy; group B singly receiving Dualight UVB therapy. All patients were treated twice a week. Results After therapy for six months, the response rates were 93.75% and 75% respectively in group A and group B. The response rate was higher in group A than group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-energy UV combined with erbium fractional laser therapy has better efficacy for stable vitiligo than single treatment. Combination therapy of high-energy UV and erbium fractional laser is safe, effective and well-tolerated for vitiligo.
