养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普全文数据库(VIP)及PubMed数据库自建库以来至2016年10月公开发表的与养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛相关的随机对照试验(RCT),经质量评价最终纳入文献后,采用STATA 14软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14个研究,全部为中文,Jadad评分2篇为2分,12篇为1分。Meta分析结果显示:与常规治疗组比较,养心氏片可以改善心绞痛症状[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.09~1.28),P<0.01]和心电图[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.12~1.46),P<0.001];与常规治疗药物合用时亦可明显提高临床疗效。结论养心氏片可有效改善心绞痛症状和心电图,治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效显著。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangxinshi tablets in treatment of angina pectoris.Methods A computer search was performed using Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,Wanfang database,VIP database and PubMed to identify the randomized controlled trials（RCTs）of Yangxinshi tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris published up to October 2016,and relevant journals were manually searched.Meta analysis was performed using STATA14 software after the evaluation of the quality of final literatures.Results Fourteen RCTs were enrolled in the meta-analysis.All of them were carried in China.Jadad score of 2 study was 2,and the other 12 was 1.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the conventional treatment group,Yangxinshi tablets can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris[rate ratio（RR）=1.19,95% confidence interval（CI）（1.09,1.28）,P〈0.01]and electrocardiogram（ECG）[RR=1.28,95% CI（1.12,1.46）,P〈0.001].When combined with conventional therapy,Yangxinshi tablet can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.Conclusion Yangxinshi tablets has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of angina pectoris.However,due to the lower quality of literature and limited sample size,efficacy of Yangxinshi tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris needs to be further confirmed by more high-quality,large-sample RCTs.
