摘　　要：目的系统评价中药荷叶制剂对脂代谢干预的有效性与安全性。方法检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据(WanFang Data)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2017年9月以中药荷叶制剂干预血脂的临床随机对照试验(RCT)。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入17个RCT,包括1 357例病人。Meta分析结果显示:联合中药荷叶制剂组在低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平[MD=-0.74,95%CI(-1.01^-0.47),P<0.000 01]、三酰甘油(TG)水平[MD=-0.71,95%CI(-0.98^-0.43),P<0.000 01]、总胆固醇(TC)水平[MD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.24^-0.51),P<0.000 01]、体重指数(BMI)水平[MD=-1.67,95%CI(-3.10^-0.24),P=0.02]均明显优于对照组。联合西药他汀治疗组有14例出现胃肠道反应、肌肉酸痛等不良反应。结论现有证据表明,联合应用中药荷叶制剂能够对脂代谢产生一定干预效应,具有调脂减肥的作用,且安全性良好。Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of folium nelumbinis in improving dyslipidemia.Methods We electronically searched databases including PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,VIP,WanFang Data,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database（CBM）from inception till now,and collected randomized controlled trials（RCT）about folium nelumbinis for dyslipidemia patients.Two reviewers independently screened the literature,extracted data,and assessed the risk of bias of included studies.Then meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Seventeen RCTs were enrolled,involving 1 357 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that treatment combined with folium nelumbinis was superior to the control group in levels of LDL-C[MD=-0.74,95% CI（-1.01,-0.47）,P 0.000 01],triglyceride（TG）[MD=-0.71,95%CI（-0.98,-0.43）,P 0.000 01],total cholesterol（TC）[MD=-0.88,95% CI（-1.24,-0.51）,P 0.000 01],body mass index（BMI）[MD=-1.67,95% CI（-3.10,-0.24）,P =0.02].As for the safety,fourteen cases in the treatment group occurred adverse reactions,including gastrointestinal reaction and muscular soreness.Conclusion Current evidence shows that the treatment combined with folium nelumbinis could improve lipid metabolism and lose weight safely.
