氯化胆碱浸种对番茄幼苗生长及生理性状的影响

摘  要:以番茄为试材,采用不同质量浓度(100、200、300、400 mg/L)的氯化胆碱进行浸种处理,以清水浸种为对照(CK),研究氯化胆碱对番茄幼苗生长及生理性状的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,100~300 mg/L氯化胆碱浸种处理能促进番茄幼苗的生长,提高株高、茎粗、植株鲜质量和干质量,从而提高幼苗的壮苗指数,其中以200 mg/L处理的促进作用最为显著,而高质量浓度处理(400 mg/L)则抑制了番茄幼苗生长。100~300 mg/L氯化胆碱浸种可提高番茄幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、PSⅡ最大光化学效率、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量,并降低叶片丙二醛含量,其中以200 mg/L效果最显著。可见,适宜质量浓度的氯化胆碱浸种处理,可提高番茄幼苗的光合性能和抗逆能力,促进幼苗生长,培育壮苗,以200 mg/L为最佳质量浓度。Soaking treatments were simple and effective measures to improve the quality of vegetable seedlings. In the study,tomato was used as material to test the effect of different concentration( 100,200,300,400 mg/L) of choline chloride on seedling growth and partial physiological indexes of tomato by soaking seed using distilled water as control. The results showed that compared with the control,suitable choline chloride soaking treatment promoted the tomato seedling growth,increased the plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight and plant dry weight,and hence improved the seedling index. The optimal concentration of choline chloride was 200 mg/L,and in high concentration( 400 mg/L) treatment tomato seedlings growth was inhibited. Suitable concentration of choline chloride soaking could increase the chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings,the PSⅡmaximum photochemical efficiency,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,and decrease MDA content. The results indicated that suitable concentration of choline chloride could increase the tomato seedling photosynthetic performance and resistance capacity,promote seedling growth and strong seedling cultivation,and the optimal concentration was 200 mg/L.
