摘 要:通过对三叶青限根栽培,研究三叶青地上藤蔓及地下块根生长发育对不同根域空间处理的响应。结果表明,随着限根容器空间的增加,三叶青茎长、节间距都呈比例增加;而地下块根单株质量、优质块根率随限根容器空间的增大初期增加,但空间增加到一定比例后就停止增长,而地下块根个数随限根容器空间的增大增加;各处理及对照间的茎蔓节数、分枝数、块根黄酮及多糖含量差异不显著。说明适当限根空间能保证三叶青植株足够的生长量,提高三叶青产量及优质块根率,可为三叶青高产栽培提供理论依据。The responses of the growth and development of Tetrastastigrma hemsletanum vines on the ground and tuberous root underground todifferent root-zone space were studied through root restricting treatment. The results showed that stem length and internodal length of Tetrastastigrma hemsletanum increased in proportion to the root-zone space. The root number, quality per plant, and high quality root rate of tuberous root underground increased with the rising of the root-zone space initially and decreased when the rootzone space reached a certain value. However, number of stems and vines, branch number, and the content of flavone and polysaccharidein tuberous rootamong different treatments and the control group had no significant difference.The results indicated that proper root restricting space could guarantee sufficient growth and improve yield and high quality root rate of Tetrastastigrma hemsletanum.This research will provide the theoretical base for high-yield cultivation of Tetrastastigrma hemsletanum.
