沿海都市型现代农业发展视域下天津农林高校大学生创新能力培养模式探究

摘　　要：传统农业专业技术人才已难以适应沿海都市型现代农业发展需求,而具有创新能力的复合型人才需求则显著增加。面对形势需要,天津农林高校必须尝试人才培养模式改革。本文从创新教育理念,明确天津农林高校办学定位、创新教学内容,优化教学结构、创新"应用研究性"课程体系和多途径、多层次打造创新人才平台4个方面探析了天津农林高校大学生创新能力培养模式。It was difficult for traditional agricultural professionals to adapt to the development demand of costal urban modern agriculture, while the demand for inter-disciplinary talents with innovation ability has increased significantly. Facing the situation, Tianjin agricultural and forestry universities must try reforming the talent cultivation mode. The innovation ability cultivation mode of college students in Tianjin agricultural and forestry universities were explored from four perspectives in the paper： the innovation education concept, the clearly positioning of school running and innovating teaching contents of Tianjin agricultural and forestry universities, the optimizing of teaching structure and innovating the course system with applied research as well as the multi-approach and multi-level establishment of innovative talents platform respectively.
