负压封闭引流技术结合自体中厚皮移植治疗手部热压伤效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在手部热压伤治疗中的作用。方法鄂州市中心医院烧伤科2012年1月—2015年7月住院的手部热压伤10例患者,其中男性4例,女性6例;年龄19~40岁,平均27.1岁。入院后早期行手部创面扩创,留置负压材料7~14d后,行自体中厚皮移植术。结果 10例热压伤创面均得以愈合。其中9例创面移植中厚皮全部成活,1例创面小部分移植皮片坏死,经换药后愈合。随访半年到1年半,外观及功能较满意。结论应用负压封闭引流技术能有效促进热压伤创面肉芽组织生长,减少手术次数,增强植皮成活率,减轻患者痛苦。Ob je c t ie To evaluate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （ VSD） in the treatment of hand hot crash injury. Methods Ten patients suffered with hand hot crash injury were admitted into the Ezhou CentralHospital fromjan. 2012 to Jul. 2015. There were 4 males and 6 females ＆ with an average age ef 27. 1 years （ range ＆ 19 to 40 years） . All the cases were given debridement to the early wound of hand ＆ and then treated with thickness auto skin grafting a te r indwelling vacuum materials for seven to fourteen days. Results Ten cases had healed ＆ with the skin survived in 9 cases ＆ and a small portion of necrosis in 1 case ＆ who was healed after changing dressing. A fol-low-up from 6 to 18 months showed satisfactory botli in appearance and functions. Conclusion VSDcan effectively expedite the formation of granulation tissue in wound of hot crash injury, reduce the times survival rate of skin grafting and alleviate patients’ pain.
