三级综合医院住院患者护理需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解三级综合医院住院患者的护理需求。方法选取北京市某所三级综合医院所有住院患者为研究对象,按分层抽样方法从内科、外科18个临床科室中抽取186例患者为调查对象。结果住院患者护理需求总均分为(2.35±0.40)分,其中自尊需求为(2.43±0.42)分、安全需求为(2.43±0.46)分、爱与归属需求为(2.37±0.45)分、生理需求为(2.34±0.47)分、环境需求为(2.32±0.47)分、自我实现需求为(2.21±0.51)分。结论住院患者的自尊、安全、爱与归属需求日益凸显,应依据住院患者的实际情况做到因需施护。Objective To analyze inpatients nursing needs of general ward in a level-3 general hospital. Methods All inpatients of general wards in a level-3 general hospital in Beijing were selected.According to stratified sampling,186 inpatients were investigated from 18 wards of surgical and medical departments. Results The everage score of nursing needs of inpatients was（2.35±0.40） , the needs scores of self-esteem, sec. urity,love and belonging, physiology, c.onditions and self-ac.tualization were（2.43±0.42）,（2.43±0.46）,（2.37±0.45）, （2.34±0.47）,（2.32±0.47）,and （2.21±0.51） respectively. Conclusion The needs of self-esteem, security, love and belonging are promi-nent in general ward.The appropriate nursing measure should be provided according to actual situation of hospitalized patients.
