摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预降低急诊ICU多重耐药菌感染的效果。方法设置急诊ICU感染控制护士岗位,加强医院感染知识培训,早筛查、早发现、早干预,实施标准化职业防护,完善清洁消毒管理,控制人流量,开展多部门协调合作。结果实施综合干预后每千住院日新发多重耐药菌分离量下降(P<0.01)。结论综合干预有助于降低急诊ICU多重耐药菌医院感染率,可根据不同菌株分布情况,采取针对性干预措施。Purpose To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive intervention on reducing the rate of multiple drug resistant bacteria infection in emergency ICU （ EICU）. Methods Interventions were implemented including set up EICU infection control nurse post to strengthen the hospital infection knowledge training,early screening,early detection,early intervention,the implementation of standardized oc-cupational protection,improving cleaning disinfection management,control the number,and carr^^ing out multi-sectoral coordination coopera-tion. Results After the implementation of comprehensive intervention, the number of new,multiple drug resistant bacteria decreased per 1 000 days of hospitalization（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can reduce the hospital infection rate of EICU multiple drug resistant bacteria,and take targeted interventions according to the distribution of different strains.
